+Every registered business gets a special business dashboard. The business representative can wait at the Dashboard for some visitor to the stall of the business to chat with him/her.  Once a visitor starts a chat, then that visitor is automatically enrolled into the CRM of that business. On that dashboard, you can then describe other properties of that visitor, such as how excited they are -- and set a percentage value for the "Sales Funnel" (Higher percentage means higher chance of becoming a customer) and also write notes for that visitor. So after registration and login, the business representative has to go to https://app.visitgaze.com/business.html to get that dashboard. (The same link can be seen just after login, inside the pop-up window)
