Frequently Asked Questions

I sent a chat message to a stall, but I did not get any answer!
This happens if the representative of the stall was not present at the same time as you. Rest assured, the message would reach that business and the moment the person logs in, the message you sent would be read by that person. Think of chats here as a combination of email+ live chat – if the person you are chatting with is online along with you, then both of you can chat. Else, the person would receive it whenever the person logs in.

In order to ensure that businesses attend to chats as immediately as possible, they can easily setup a notification app on their phone so that just in case someone was interested in that business turns up at their stall, the would be immediately notified – and that means that they can rush to a laptop/computer and attend to the chat.

Why does this not work on mobile phones?
Visit Gaze is a fun application alright. But it is a serious one. We do not recommend that you interact with our application when using a mobile. The screen space is just too small. Also, isn't it better that business decisions are made when one is sitting properly in front of a computer or laptop? Commercial chats should not be made on small devices such as a phone.

BTW, Visit Gaze works quite well on tablets.
