Visitors can register either at the in the real world which our system was representing. OR you can also register directly at our online page for that Visit Gaze Space. In case of the former, a staff member from our office will help such a visitor register. This ensures a lot of authenticity even if the visitor did not provide their contact details*
Visitors can also register online. In such a case, the visitor MUST supply both his/her email address as well as phone number. A confirmation email is sent to that email address in order to verify whether the visitor really does exist.
A registered visitor can immediately start using the application. There are no charges for visitors.
*NOTE: Visitors who are registered by our staff member are indeed allowed to register using any username and password they choose. However, please note for such registrations the “forgot password” feature will not work. For that to work, at least the email address MUST be given. Also, if the only way the visitor can interact with a business would be by chatting online.
Visitor Profile
Once you login as a visitor, you can click on the Person icon at the top right corner of the screen to edit your profile. Here you can specify your name, email address, interests and so on. You can also toggle your privacy settings. For e.g. if you do not want anyone to know your email address or phone number or address you can switch off the checkboxes for those pieces of data.
Note: If you switch off your contact details, the only way a business can send message to you is through the chat system built into Visit Gaze.
