Businesses

A business is any organization that books a stall inside a Visit Gaze Space. Usually, it represents a real-stall in an expo or a mall. But it can also be a regular shop in a Visit Gaze Space that reflects a set of shops in some neighborhood.

To make sure that there is a real business there, we usually register at the actual physical location which the Visit Gaze Space is representing.

For e.g. If there is an expo happening, and Visit Gaze has made a space for that expo; then someone from our office will go and register the stalls in that expo. But once the expo is over, we will usually close down the business and will not allow any further registrations.

Business Dashboards
Every registered business gets a special business dashboard. The business representative can wait at the Dashboard for some visitor to the stall of the business to chat with him/her. Once a visitor starts a chat, then that visitor is automatically enrolled into the CRM of that business. On that dashboard, you can then describe other properties of that visitor, such as how excited they are – and set a percentage value for the “Sales Funnel” (Higher percentage means higher chance of becoming a customer) and also write notes for that visitor. So after registration and login, the business representative has to go to https://app.visitgaze.com/business.html to get that dashboard. (The same link can be seen just after login, inside the pop-up window)

Of course, a business representative can also move around the Visit Gaze space like a regular visitor and go to other stalls to. For that, the person has to use the plan view of the Visit Gaze Space.
